Dolfin 20" Life Ring Buoys are rotomolded for strength with a polyethylene shell and filled with closed cellular foam for long life under extreme marine conditions. This Dolfin brand Ring Buoy is approved by the Canadian Department of Transport. Buoys are rigorously tested by the underwriters laboratories in Canada. The ring bodies are warranted for 7 years under all climactic conditions and are resistant to fire, oil and gas. Their hard shell prevents tearing or ripping and are virtually vandal proof.
