Introduce Wall Balls to kids at an early age. Select between 3 different weights and colours. Challenge kids to practice throwing the ball at a fixed point on the wall and catching it in a deep squat. These balls are not to be slammed.Wall Balss not only work your lower body (during the squat), they work your upper body (during the push press) and make you gasp for air the entire time.
